Sports have been an enormous part of my life ever since I was little. I still remember the rotary soccer games my brother and I use to play that started it all and the many sports we were a part of for the first few decades of our lives. Football, soccer, softball, volleyball, basketball, hockey, and my first-degree black belt and journey to my second degree were full of life lessons along the way. I miss being an athlete and the chance to compete. Spending so much time in the weight room, meal plans, and sharpening my athletic abilities was a fun journey that I am still working on right now.
The habits that sport created in my life are a healthy eating routine, exercise, and patience. Sports and exercise are two things I plan to incorporate into my future career. This site is a place for me to talk about my journey to becoming a professional football coach.
Coaching gives me the chance to give back to sports - more specifically - a sport I fell in love with later in my life (soccer was my passion since I was little). To be a coach is a huge privilege and a journey that allows me to be a part of the game I love. I have the chance to be a good resource that can guide players through their football journey and life.
